The Battle of Coruscant in 19 BBY is a space battle that took place over the planet of Coruscant. The main objective of the battle is for Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi to rescue Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who was held hostage by the menacing leader of the CIS General Grevious with the help of another CIS allied leader Count Dooku, from captivity on board General Grevious' flagship.
