The B2-RP Rocket Droid is a Reinforcement unit for the Separatists in DICE's Star Wars Battlefront II. They resemble B2 Super Battle Droids with white markings on their torsos, arms and legs. These droids are equipped with a built-in jetpack (jump pack in this case).
Abilities
- Jetpack Boost: The Jetpack Boost's burst thrusters are used to boost upwards. Well suited for traversing obstructions and evading danger.
- Wrist Rocket: High velocity anti-personnel rockets that explode on impact with any object.
- Jetpack Dash: With the Jetpack Dash, the B2-RP Rocket Droid adjusts their thrusters to dash forward. Ideal in narrow spaces, to avoid grenades and to surprise enemies.
Trivia
- The B2-RP Rocket Droid first appeared in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars during the Battle of Quell, and is one of the first battle droid variants introduced in the show to appear in a Battlefront game with the Movie design.
- Their colors are not the same as they were seen in the series, they changed from blue to white for the Movie design.
