Ship Details

The Acclamator-class Assault Ship, primarily deployed for the transportation of soldiers to a planet's surface and as a support ship, is a frigate used by the Galactic Republic. It is impossible to spawn inside the frigate as the ship does not have enough room and is not made to do so in the game. The frigate is used as a first defence before enemy ships get to the capital ships, and it also can be a relief to pilots who are trying to escape enemy pilots. The frigate is either armed with auto turrets or no turrets at all.

Trivia

• The ship itself in-game is not to scale as the actual assault ship in Star Wars canon is far larger.
• It is seen in the original Battlefront, flying above the battlefield, though its not able to be touched.
• (This needs the invincibility cheat) On Star Wars Battlefront 2 do the "walk outside the capital ship glitch" of the Republic on Space Mygeeto map and walk to the edge, an Acclamator is likely to be below you, if it isn't, shift until it is below you and jump. You will land on the frigate. Lets hope no bomber comes by!
• On certain maps there are defenseless frigates but they move around high above the other frigates and capital ships. These can be used as cover when making a secret attack.
• In Star Wars: Battlefront: Elite Squadron, it is a cruiser instead rather than a frigate.
